Sorry means u understand and will not repeat the same mistake AND u truly regretted it. When sorry keeps on repeating, it will loses its value.

the problem of me is i know i did wrongly by looking at the situation and ppl's reaction so i apologize.. but i duno exactly where i did wrongly...

I will keep on repeating that magic word.. but i will never realise where is the thing that make things wrong... :(
